About the challenge

Artificial intelligence and machine learning: With the increasing use of AI and    machine learning in various industries, hackathons focused on developing AI-based  solutions for areas such as healthcare, finance, and logistics may become more prevalent.

Teams of 3-5 members collaborate to create a functional software or hardware product within a set time limit. Competitors' capabilities are evaluated in various areas, including technical expertise, mental toughness, ingenuity, problem-solving abilities, public speaking and presentation proficiency, time management, resource allocation, and business acumen.

What to Build

  1. Identify a problem: Identify a problem that can be solved using AIML. For example, you could create a chatbot to provide customer support or a recommendation system for online shopping.

  2. Explore data sets: Look for interesting data sets that you can use for your project. This could be anything from social media data to financial data.

  3. Brainstorm ideas: Brainstorm ideas with your team or alone, based on your problem statement and the data you have collected. You can also check out past AIML hackathon projects to get inspiration.

  4. Choose a specific problem: Once you have a list of ideas, choose a specific problem that you want to solve. Be sure to consider the feasibility and scalability of your idea.

  5. Develop a plan: Create a development plan for your project. Determine what tools and resources you will need and set milestones for your progress.

What to Submit

  1. Problem statement: Clearly explain the problem that your project aims to solve using AIML.

  2. Solution description: Describe how your project solves the problem using AIML techniques. Include details about the algorithms, data sets, and models that you used.

  3. Technical details: Provide technical details about how your project was developed, such as the programming languages and frameworks used, the architecture of the system, and any third-party tools or libraries used.

  4. Results and evaluation: Describe how you evaluated the performance of your project and include any metrics that demonstrate its effectiveness.

  5. User interface and user experience: If your project has a user interface, provide screenshots or a demo video that shows how it works.

  6. Future work: Discuss any future plans you have for improving your project or expanding its capabilities.
